Pet Text Rx
We’re excited to announce a new program to help you stay connected to your pet at HAH. We are now able to text you regarding the status of prescription refills, negative fecal and Heartworm test results (doctors will still call when results are positive). We will also text you to let you know when you pet wakes up following a surgery or dental procedure, in advance of your pet’s doctor calling with a full report. Sometimes we may even send you photos of your pet.
These text messages are only one-way communication from Hermosa Animal Hospital to you; you will not be able to respond. The text will inform you if a doctor will be calling you later in the day or evening. If you have additional questions, you are encouraged to call us, and we will be happy to assist you.
All of us at HAH are hopeful that this communication will be an added comfort and convenience to you, in addition to freeing up our phone lines for swifter response.
