How can I get a Pet Portal?
It's easy! Make sure we have your email address in our system at the hospital. (If you're not sure, feel free to call us or email email@example.com). Then, after 24 hours, simply go to epethealth.com, click "pet owner create account," and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to finish your account setup.
How do I access my Pet Portal?
Go to epethealth.com and enter your email address and password in the login box near the top right corner of the page. You can bookmark the login page but not your Pet Portal since it is a secure site. Your Pet Portal will stay sycnced with our system, so your pet's records will always be up to date. (Most records will be updated 24 hours after your visit.)
What do you do with my email address?
We use your email address as your Pet Portal sign-in name and to send you reminders about upcoming pet services. We also use email to contact you about important practice and animal health news, such as information about food recalls.
